It does, but for the pain that it would be-especially dealing in Israel, people have advised me to do it myself..

Honestly I don't have an address or a name (I totally forgot and pinchas was the one that sent me there). The way you get there though is when going down yirmiyahu towards bar Ilan there's a small alley street going to the right (little bit up hill) when coming close to intersection of yirmiyahu and Shamgar. Take that right . I believe it's two garages down from Olam hagevess on the left side . (if you have waze just put in רחוב תובל )
