Going next week to Poland and need international license, is it possible to make here my USA license international?

I also have an Israeli license but it's less then a year old and car rental need a year old.

Na! Much better. I was extremely satisfied with them.
Only complaint I could have is that they don't give out earphones and blankets, you need to purchase it through the multimedia system.  :)
Had the same doubtful thoughts beforehand, it's most probably the name that makes it sound so.
