I dont know what you're talking about . I book online all the time and i've never gotten matched by agents. Whatever you see online you just have to calculate the insurance (+vat if applicable)

It's considered safe. To be extra safe make sure you have a full tank of gas when you leave yerushalayim so that you won't have to stop at a arab/bedouin gas station.

AirBnb is best I find.....I just rented in Rechavia 2 bedrooms for around $260 for 2 nights (Weekend).
