Most convenient is Hadar Geulah. Has everything basic you need.

Don't know who is the cheapest
But Cellular Davidka in Jerusalem is supposed to be the best.
I just fixed mine (Galaxy s7) elsewhere paid 700 shekel but they didn't do a good job

Goldy's is best near Reb Tzvi Kaplan. Expensive, but is the best and has tons of food options for everything.
