What are your top 5 dairy, meat, and felafel eateries in/around J'lem?

Meat -
Can't beat Burgers Bar. It's not fancy but the burgers are great, the wings are great, and the shnitzel is pretty good as well. Not saying it's the #1 meat place, but it's definitely good.

Falafel -
I swear by #1 falafel, on Aggripas right by the main entrance to the shuk.

Dairy -
Ricotta in Har Chotzfim is good and has nice ambiance. It's Rabanut Mehadrin. I asked and was told it was okay, but you might wanna ask whoever you hold by, especially now that it's shmitta.

What area are you staying in?

Your list is pretty much spot on, although I would switch Rimon and Greggs, and raise Red Heifer on the meat list. I also can't endorse Tib's as I haven't been there yet.

What are your top 5 dairy, meat, and felafel eateries in/around J'lem?
not top 5 but here is my opinions. i have not eaten everywhere nor places where the hechser was questionable so this defintly does not cover everything.
best meat (food)=Laras
best meat (value)= papagaios, i cant come up with a scenario where you can do better then potentially 130 shekel for all you can eat in a decently upscale restaurant with good food. nonnegotiable and not up for discussion  :D
best dairy=Tib's
best pizza= J2 by Mir and pizza ar'ela by Strauss. i went back there again and didn't like it as much but maybe it was a one time thing.
I personally like thin crust pizza without a boatload of cheese.

Never have been to lechem u basar. I wrote upthread about my horrible experience in red heifer. Last time I went to rimon bistro was 2 months ago and it was great.
Yes and I even put Eli's on my list. Imo top 5 doesn't have to be in price. It includes great food, fast service and location to me.
