About 1 hr 15 minutes until the 90, then another hour until the checkpoint. There is nice beach and fresh water spring by the checkpoint.
You can rent bikes from alot of places around Meah Shearim area. Thry cost about 50-70 NIS for a day (just make sure they give you a spare tire!)
It's not a difficult ride at all, especially if only going until the 90 - because it's all downhill.

The "Safari" in Ramat Gan is really nice. The "Zoo" part is great because all the animals are stuffed together so you don't have to walk so much

i found it funny that they start off with "It is really hard to find a good kosher burger in general because of the kashering of beef,"
then proceed to have a list where every establishment is the lowest possible hechser
