I did not have a chance to do anything yet, my guess is they won't care and there won't be anyone to talk to.
The only times I really had to go into my branch specifically was just to give them my student letter to keep the account free otherwise I use the atm and check deposit machines for everything.

Just went down to Poalim...  they claim I can still do all paperwork there (ramat eshkol).  Things like loans though i'll have to do at new place.
They said there is no way to change it.
