Walked in there today and that's what they told me. Want to know if they just making it up and if I go tomorrow and go to a different person maybe they'll let?!

I was told 8 shek. But if you also have a credit card then they don't charge you the fee for the debit card.

how long ago did you open it and when was the last time you brought in a letter from your school that you are a student?
(i know hapoalim you need to bring in the letter every year)you should find out
