Near the Mir will get you slightly better rates than malchei yisroel
but malchei yisrael is more accessible for most. i personally change near my house where i get 2 points off the xe rate, what do you get by the mir?

Unless you are changing huge amounts it basically doesn't make a diff bc they are all like within a shekel of each other. It like the ppl who drive miles to save 3 cents a gallon of gas!!
