Where's the best place to change USD money in Israel?  Or do people generally just use local ATMs?   Last time I was there, Kent was the place to go...
Near the Mir will get you slightly better rates than malchei yisroel

Unless you are changing huge amounts it basically doesn't make a diff bc they are all like within a shekel of each other. It like the ppl who drive miles to save 3 cents a gallon of gas!!

Anyone have a number for a reliable (and honest) driver that can provide transportation to/from Ben Gurion for a family of 6 (with luggage)?

I have a guy called Moshe Chaim - 058 7 55555 4
U.S. 1323 739 1760
mosheh344@gmail.com

He has a nice Mercedes mini van and works for Uber.

Or TD bank

Maybe not free unless you have a minimum balance of $2500

Try opening an account and see if they make a disclosure regarding a hard pull.

It was really a rhetorical question. I'm 99% sure it is a hard pull from EQ
