Things I did this week maybe it could help others.

Keneret  Go to the water right next to hotel rimonim (מלון רימונים) kosher beach....
Flyfish (crazy stuff) a must.
Someone drove us on a jet ski. (better then finding a place they let you drive yourself, this guy will give you more fun)

Park Begin (פארק בגין) Tel Aviv
Water ski -was excellent
It's a nice big park.

First Train Station J-m
Rented a bike, they have segway, electric, regular and double bikes....
Beautiful trail to drive along.

Natanya Beach
Drove to Natanya in the morning 4am caught נץ מנין and went to the beach at 6:30.
The weather was perfect,in middle of the day it gets too hot.
(make sure before you go to check the timing for men and women)

you can go to chof neve midbar for 50 nis at dead sea...only 30 min from jerusalem with no traffic or need to spend hour driving all the way down to ein bokek

no connection, but refael grill bar in tel aviv is highly recommended as well (machpud) best time is 7 as its empty and plenty of free parking right outside

as soon as you hit the dead sea, you have no choice but to turn right...30 seconds later on your left is chof neve midbar on the left

there are 3 beaches, kaliya, baakani and neve midbar...just follow the yellow signs

Not sure about watersports but you should go paragliding. It's on top of the cliffs behind the ramada

this is not really an "activity", but i can't wait to get back to Jlem (for many reasons including) to get a real quality 100% unbonded leather belt from Belt-In on king george.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Belt-In-%D7%91%D7%9C%D7%98-%D7%90%D7%99%D7%9F/173770612804730
U choose the strip of leather (all colors) and the buckle, and they size u, affix the buckle and put the holes in in store. The belt i got 2 years ago for under $30 is in the best shape of any other (usually brand name but below $20 on sale) belt i have ever had. really a great stop.

+1. I have a belt from there that's nine years old and still as good as new.
