Idk woke up this morning, and there was no electricity in my apartment. Called חברת החשמל they came down, and said it's not a problem on their end.

When I called him he was extremely nice and prompt, was by me 5 minutes later. We agreed on a price and when he finished he charged me less since he said it was easier then expected. Seemed really honest, he was also cheaper then the others I used.

In the end we went to Lechem Basar as it was much closer to hotel. It was a really nice experience and being able to walk down the boardwalk during sunset was very memorable. Thanks!
