Brick-oven place on top of the steps, if still around.

You need to be specific. Upper level is relative.

There is a sanz community there with 1 or 2 take out stores. Not the greatest  food but ok. And only places with "upper level hechsher"

Best day trips from Tel Aviv? Preferably outdoor activities.

Please recommend specific operators. Thanks.

Looking for white, high-quality bookshelves that will hold hevy sefarim (think oz vehadar) without bending or falling apart after a year.

I got that in brown several years ago from "C" Harihut in Talpiot.  Holding up very well.  Not cheap.

I'm not giving u a clear answer but iirc the last time I was there I didn't buy because the hechsher wasn't great -- plain rabbanut. I'm not positive but that's what I remember

Does anyone know of a non hotel place in Yerushalayaim where I can pay for shabbos meals that has a heimish hechsher? I am not looking for a place to deliver to my apartment but sort of like a restaurant/takeout place to pay in beforehand.
