No worries.  I went to Yeshurun for mincha gedola before my yahrtzeit, so I was able to pivot and go to The Gr"a shul for late ma'ariv and then again in the morning.  The Gr"a is nusach ashkenaz. The only anomaly I saw was that someone other than the shaliach tzibur says a borchu at the end of davening after ma'ariv and shacharit, which I associate with nusach sfard.

You can check the Ramat Eshkol Nshei (email newsletter) but honestly most good apts get passed around via word of mouth and are booked before they ever go to print. Badger any all friends you have in those areas to look out for you.

Very common in E"Y for another kaddish sayer to say the borchu at the end, if there is one.

Cool. I love the fact that the davening is 98% what I'm familiar with, plus a little twist here and there. Thanks.

Crave. My new favorite restaurant anywhere. Funky vibe. Sat at the bar. Some music not tznius. Owner Tzvi from LA, wears knot kippa, might be/have been Chabad.  Food was 10+/10. Sam I Am (lamb burger slider, not on menu), wings, crispy chicken sliders, fish tacos, onion rings (best ever in my life). The Reuben looked great, as did the strip steak burrito but we didn't try them.  Photos attached.  Located on periphery of Machane Yehuda. Next to Ishtabach (which is also solid...will review Ish another time).

And no tips needed, which helps justify the higher prices

I didn't think prices were bad at all.

Also, FYI, fun fact: I think co-owner Tzvi used to be chef at Terra Sur.
