The lehem basar in herzlia is mahpud just like j-lem & ta, netanya OTOH is beit Yosef. (As of a few moths ago)

It's been posted earlier about someone named Yankelowitz, but no contact info..

Yankelowitz was incredible, but our tour was mostly around Har Habayis, which does include parts of the Muslim Quarter. I think Simcha Hochbaum's tour is more Old City focused, Yankelowitz was more Har Habayis focused. However he will accommodate your preference. I would definitely take the tour again in a heartbeat. I will try to get the contact info and post here later.
