Fair enough. Never-the-less,

Is this reality based or is it outdated news now that they brought in R Krakowski, or is it because of their connection to the MO organization (like you implied)?

Unfortunately it seems bringing in R' Karakowski had no bearing on the Kashrus level, and anyone that cares enough about Kashrus to actually do their own research would not eat it. (Yes I know R' Belsky A"H, and possibly R' Elefant seem to be under the impression that it is the same as the US) I have heard from quite a few well known, Upstanding American Rabbanim in Israel that they checked out a few restaurants under the OU, and frankly the Hashgacha is just simply not worth too much.

Sometimes, and only when I get a lawyer's letter... but that discussion was discussed enough.

Never used them either for the same reason but they're taking down the red machines so we're not gonna have a choice soon.

Whatever app you try, you're going to get an error.
It's designed for Israelis only.
Renters will just get tickets. That's their plan I guess.

Many years ago I recall going to hand blown glass factory in the Mea Shearim area. Does anyone know if this place still exists and what it's name was?
Thanks

**UPDATE FROM PANGO – The Pango app is now more secure and no longer allows you to use an ID that is not connected to your credit card. At the moment there is no solution for tourists. **
