I just wanted to also put out there that my group had an excellent driver, Yisroel from Executive Drives.  For thatt day, we were a group of 10 people and went down south (Qumran and Massada).  Normally, Yisroel does smaller groups but he arranged for a 10 person van and I am so happy he did.  The reason I am enthusiastically recommending Yisroel is for the personal touch and customer service he provided.  From before the trip (offering advice and tips) to during the trip (a few extras that were unexpected and very much appreciated) and even afterwards (we needed a van for 15 people and he arranged it through a friend), Yisroel was excellent and professional.  If you are seeking a driver that goes the extra mile, you should reach out to him.  His number is 972-58-411-1671.  I contacted him via whatsapp.

I never tested them.  I don't get the texts so I call in and arrange delivery.
I actually ignored it and they delivered it.

technically yes. but the police aren't makpid as most of them can't understand the American license's.
What they care about is that's it's registered & inspected.

just a side note, I've purchased these buy 3 get 1 free and the 4th one cracked on the way... they don't packed them well
I was flying from TLV to YUL stop in Brussels I bought the buy 3 special they do seal them in a special duty free bag security in Brussels inspect them and repackaged in a seal bag they explained after 4 hours it must be repackaged anyway was worth.

The first time I bought flying the same route security confiscate them cuz wasn't in a sealed bag but the 2nd time I knew to ask duty free.

I've got another follow up on the duty free thing. My cousin bought several bottles of wine and had them put into the sealed bag.  They were flying TLV to IAD with a stopover in Newark.  Security did not want to let the bag in because the bottles were opaque.  Apparently, even though the TSA website has a page called Liquid Rules that says duty free liquid needs to be in a sealed bag, with the receipt dated within 48 hours and not tampered with, there is another secret rule not listed on the page that said liquid cannot be in bottles or cans that are metallic, ceramic or opaque (not see through).  This knocks off most red wines....
