it was very empty when they were open at night, their primary business is for visitors to the museum. On tuesday the museum opens later and closes later.

i didnt realize that. it must be a relatively new development. their problem is that they dont advertise.
and the jazz is just jazz, no singers, however it was a bit loud so we ate outsid. (still ble to hear, but lower)

I want to drive from Jerusalem to Kiryat Sefer...I can either take Route 1 there or take the 443 which they say isn't as safe as the High Court struck down the rule last year which only allowed Israelis to use it.

I don't mind an extra 5-10 minutes of driving in the name of safety....

What is safer? Is the 443 a problem?

I read that while the high court allowed green license plates to drive on the 443, it was only in the local areas and not until jerusalem w/o a special permit in addition to the special checkpoints they put up

about 10 years ago the 443 used to be dangerous. today it is safe. Although the israeli supreme court allowed "palestinian" drivers to use it, that is only for a small stretch of it, and the israeli security checks the arabs at the checkpoint, so that practically it does not pay for them to use the road, and they use their own local village roads instead.
