Will upgrading a Golan sim to the 100 Shekel plan work for service in Italy? Or you have to have the 100 Shek plan for at least a month even when upgrading?
I imagine they'd treat it like a new plan. It'll still give you 100 min and 2 GB even in the first 30 days though:

שיחות יוצאות ונכנסות מחו"ל לישראל ומישראל למנוי. ב-30 יום* הראשונים מההפעלה - 100 דקות שיחה

גלישה בחו"ל עד 6GB בחודש. ב-30 יום* הראשונים מההפעלה הגלישה בנפח 2GB

https://www.golantelecom.co.il/web/registration_i.php?plan_id=109

What about if I upgrade to the Kosher 79 Shekel plan? Doesn't say the same rule in the red letters.

I'm not sure what you're willing to spend and I think this is more in the price range of a nice villa than a Tzimmer, but it looks really nice and it's very close to Jerusalem.
It does look nice and probably is out of our price range but we did try getting in touch with them for details.

They don't answer the phone and didn't respond to an email we sent last week.

Shaikevitz in Kfar Chabad should have whatever you need in stock.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Anyone know how I can get the schedule of Shacharis minyanim at Kever Rochel for a Wednesday morning?

I found a website that says shacharis is at 40 minutes before sunrise, but presumably that's for the first minyan and that there are several subsequent minyanim after that.

Hard to know what criteria you have, but Ein Bokek is completely seperate and a beautiful beach. It's just past the Herods hotel.

It's more like whenever theres 10 people they make another Minyan I don't think it's anything official.
Also IINM I heard that theres an inyan to learn and say tihillim by a kever but shouldn't daven there, anyone ever heard of such a concept?

Spoke to a rep was told the 79 kosher plan did not have these limitations.
And that a upgrade would be treated as a new plan.

You could go to einit on the corner of hanivim & yeshayahu. There's a good dr. And good options for glasses but they're not cheap
