There is. It's all the way in the front, on the right side, next top the mechitzas. Not sure the exact time it starts, but it's somewhere around candle lighting.
Thanks

Is there a Carlebach minyan by the kosel every week ? If yes, what time would they start this week ?

He starts late, much after all other minyanim.

Tourist Rav-Kavs are now available for purchase at a stand in TLV Terminal 3. They're like anonymous Rav Kavs but also offer 20% off at Israel Nature and Parks Authority sites.

In the near future, the Israel Pass travel cards will also be available at major tourist sites and include discounts for additional tourist services including accommodation, restaurants and cafes.

What’s the cost of bus fare locally in Jerusalem ?
Each ride (or actually each 90 min of unlimited rides) takes 5.90 off the stored value or ערך צבור on your Rav Kav, but when you load your Rav Kav with value you get a 30% 'bonus' which makes the cash cost of a fare ~4.5 shekels. For example, if you load 50 shekels, you get 65 shekels of credit for rides at 5.90 each.

Certain categories of people (students, children, seniors, handicapped) get a 50-100% bonus when loading instead of the regular 30%.

I think you go to an Al Hakav or Rav Kav office (maybe also CityPass) and prove it. From everything I've heard, they're pretty tough about who gets it, and I've never heard of yeshiva guys getting it. I think you need a real student ID from a high school or university.

No, Rav Kavs only. But
Bus drivers are also supposed to be able to sell you an anonymous Rav Kav pre-loaded with 1 ride (and you can then reload it at a machine).

I've never seen a driver throw someone off a bus. Most will probably tell you to pay later if they don't have one to sell to you. But don't try that in the light rail. There's nowhere to buy one on the light rail and they come around checking probably 25-50% of rides IME. In theory they can also check on a bus (they're supposed to on busses where you can board from the back door and tap your card in the back of the bus) but IIRC I've only ever seen that once, a few years ago.
