Going for 3 weeks with family (4 kids). Staying in RBS, hoping to get around a decent amount, but not like a trip a day. Is it better to splurge on a rental (van - $900) rather than get around in busses and taxis?

I think the van will cost you a lot less than taxis

I'm not who you think I am.

We loved both, but went in November. Nimrod may be really hot if you're going now, whereas Tel Dan has more shade. If weather's not a factor, I found Tel Dan slightly underwhelming relative to other hikes we did, while Nimrod's Fortress was exceptional.

Trying to finalize my itinerary.

Where can I go horseback riding with kids (ages 6-11)?

Can we visit Tel Dan and Rosh Hanikra on the same day?

Any recommended apps for self guided tours in Yerushalayim and Tzfas?

How long is the Ramparts Walk? (Is it good for kids, ages 6-11?)

Asking for a friend:
To whom this may concern,
I have had my Israeli driver's license since 2011 and have been driving in Canada since 1998. This past May I received a speeding ticket for the first time while driving during the morning hours on the empty highway by Pizgat Ze'ev, Jerusalem. The fine given was 1500 shekels and 10 demerit points. I'm interested in knowing if there is any way to lower the fine/demerit points as this is a first offence.

Any recommendations for a moderately intense hike somewhere up North that can be done without a guide or technical equipment?

Tel Dan and Rosh Hanikra are pretty far apart. You could technically do them both in the same day, but it's a lot of driving, and skipping lots of great stuff in between. We did the southern Ramparts Walk in about 45 minutes, not stopping too often because it can get really hot up there in the summer. The northern section is supposed to be longer.
