Anything new regarding Mehadrin status of Herbert Samuel in Hertzliya?

Are there, currently, any Mehadrin places near the Ritz?

No, but Roots Restaurant (Rabbanut) is excellent.

We were recently in EY for 12 days over Shavuos, and Akko was by far our least favorite thing that we did. It was really poorly run and disorganized. The underground city itself is cool to see, but the audio guides are really poorly done and don't always work reliably. Navigating the area is also really challenging, and several places we went to visit were closed even though we went during advertised hours (Ramchal shul, Tunisian shul).

can you elaborate more on the underground city. I don't need the guide. I don't care so much about the history, it just seemed like something cool to see.

Posting for a friend
21 years old and would like to rent a car.
Drivers licence was issued less than 12 months ago.
Will he be able to rent a car in Israel?
If so, which company?
Repost.
Any insight?
