Correct most of the good ones aren’t. As I typed this I thought of 4 diff ones I’ve been to that don’t have. They all tell you what meat they use etc. A lot of the cholent places are only open for thurs night I’d assume it has to do with that.

Wasn't boating when i was there.
Some cafes and a small park around the pond.
Park Anava in Modiin had some water activities when i was there.
