Going to be in Israel with my 8 year old for a wedding, not much time there (less than 6 days total and 3 of them are in the Tel Aviv area for the wedding) but have a couple questions if anyone can answer or give advice, as it's been 10 years since I've been there:

1) Arriving around 9pm, which seems like the cutoff for fast trips via the train to Jerusalem. Will probably be pretty overtired as we don't have a direct flight either. Can anyone tell me the cost for a Sheirut (per person) and for a private taxi to the area near the TRYP Wyndham Jerusalem, and how long approx. each would take. Also, what's a good amount of shekalim to get beforehand or worse comes to worse in the airport to be prepared until I have enough time the next day to get with a better rate.
2) Looking for a good but not too crazy 1 day itinerary in Jerusalem. It's my 8 year olds first time here, but we have very limited amounts of time, so besides the Kotel and possibly Tunnel Tours and the Shuk, what else is a must see that won't be too difficult to get to.
3) For our other full day in Jerusalem, I'd like to do a tour of Ein Gedi, Masada, Dead Sea - I saw this site was referenced in the wiki - https://www.touristisrael.com/tours/masada-ein-gedi-dead-sea/ - Is this tour my best option, or are there any other recommended tours? I doubt we'd be up for the sunrise tour, but the other full day tour picks up at 7:45am in Jerusalem which seems more doable.
4) We have one more full day in Tel Aviv, which will be a (winter) Friday - any recommendations for something unique to Israel that's nearby, or a good 1/2 day tour?

Thanks!

Since you're paying for 2
I'd pre-order a taxi.
You can PM me for a number
Will be 180-200 nis total and the drive should take ~40min

depending on your bank, the airport ATMs are a great option.

I got an email from Cellopark saying something about paying toll through the app.

Anyone use it yet? Can anyone provide instructions on using it with a rental car?

Will I be able to avoid extra rental company fees this way?

TIA

Thought I'd add something that I don't think was previously mentioned here, from my recent trip. The Tunisian Shul in Acco is amazing. It's not so old, but is literally covered (floors, ceilings, stairways etc.) with mosaics depicting scenes from Tanach, Jewish history, flowers and birds of EY and more. I went as part of Artzeinu's Rosh Hanikra tour which was overall very nice, but this really stood out as something I had never done and not really heard about.
Yes this was great.

They usually say call them when you arrive.  They should have someone waiting for you when you get out of the airport.

Walk around Geula in Jerusalem and price shop.
Mishkan Hatchelet has a few branches in that area alone. But prices are more or less the same throughout.

can someone recommend a mehadrin restaurant in Haifa or nearby?

is it safe/advisable to drive down on Route 60 to the Machpela in Hevron? Is route 35 from kiryat gat any better?
would this invalidate the insurance on a rental car?

We went to Chevron on Route 60 on Friday (when it's not at all busy) of chol hamoed succos (and traveled to some of the off the beaten path chevron outposts). It won't invalidate your insurance and I don't think it's in the "unsafe" category.

You should check with the rental car company

Anyone know where I can catch a Rav Meilech Biderman shiur in Israël/Yerushalayim?  What places does he frequent and where might I be able to hear/see him?
