I will be in Yerushalayim for Shabbos at the end of December. I was told there is a hotel near the old city where you can make a reservation for the Friday night seudah. Does anyone have info on this or any other options to eat near the old city on Friday night?

.
Mamila, Inbal, Kings, Citadel, Plaza, King Solomon etc all are in nice walking distance and will sell meals to outsiders if their guests don't fill their dining rooms. You can choose based on price point and kashrus standards

Is it possible to extend a tourist visa?
I was given a one month visa and would like 3.

Sometimes they give shorter visas to people they think are students and are staying on tourist visas. Trying to extend it would just be bringing up a bad topic with them.
I'm not who you think I am.

I'm asking about extending it before it expires not at the airport.

Id assume they'll see everything when you go to extend it and have the same issues.

I dont have personal experience but I have a relative that did it but it could be they gave him a temporary non working visa, not a tourist visa.

Also don't have experience, but I do have experience getting shouted at in the airport for overstaying. Not the biggest deal and it's known that it works. They shout and let you go and also shout at you the next time when you come in.
