Does anyone know any nice hikes in the Golan area (not in a nature reserve - pre book only and all fully booked)? Preferably shaded or slightly shaded- Its august!

The Israel museum is now open. They have a limited day schedule. I was there last night for members only. Several new exhibits. Great air conditioning.

Where can one order food in Ashdod with a reliable Mehadrin hashgacha? Rabbinut Mehadrin isn't going to cut it.

ashdod has a large Ger community, should be able to find on the streets in their neighborhood

We went to Ein Tina the other day. No prebooking but if you go early it's quite empty. It's a masslul in the water so very enjoyable with the heat.

You're unlikely to find any highway in Israel that doesn't "go near Arabs at all". Nor is that correlated with being a safe road.
If you look on a map, you'll see that 31 passes by Arab/Bedouin towns.
If the questions is whether it goes over the green line, it doesn't.

Short TR- Sorry No Pics Just facts:
Colored Sands Yeruham Israel - shorturl.at/ipzS8

Drove across the desert to Crowne Plaza Dead Sea- Nice Upgraded, nice size room , waterfall shower, make sure to get newly redone rooms ( from Level 8 or so) otherwise it could quite a disaster
Ein Bokek stream 1 - 2 hour stream hike through clear "yummy" water- hidden gem right off the highway 90- 2 minute drive from hotel strip ( right past gas station on right - across from hotels Crowne Plaza, Dead Mall etc..) - and 10 minute drive before ים המלך separate beach.
