IMO, that's not worth it since the cost of the airfare is much higher than the regular cost of museum admission.
But when you're here anyhow, it's worth checking into.

It's only rabbnut, but Sushi Rechavia has great sushi. The place on Aza is clean & nice.
Open daily until 00:00 motse from 1hr after shabbos.

Prices way better than sheyan.

"near Zion gate" I mean inside the walls, outside the walls, on the street, in the parking lots.......

That area seems to me to have the best parking in the old city.
