I thought home made as in home made. My bad. Angello used to make his own.

There's some homemade in a very small store on agripas called pasta italia.

Yare- my report is from over a year ago, so take w a grain of salt.

If you want "home made" pasta, try Luciano's on the Carlebach Moshav - Mevo / Meor Modi'im.

Here is a link with a good review, expresses my experience there pretty well. There is a coupon there for 10% off but you need to register ...

I ordered Fettuccine, it was great but it took time to get all the food prepared for me and my group. It was made from scratch, afaict. This was around 8 years ago.

after you roll out the fresh pasta, its gotta hang dry for a long time, so assuming the restaurant made it fresh, it would have to have been prepped from at least the morning

all i was saying that making pasta from scratch isnt an excuse to wait at a restaurant, since in all likelihood, they didnt roll it out while you were waiting
