@Divora M
It's always the first day of Chol hamoed for chutznekim. (i.e. the third day of sukkos)
Unless that day is friday or shabos, when it is on sunday.

Any recommendations for a good guide on Tunnel Tours?
there's a frum lady Nevis from ramot who does the official tours (you don't have to pay her more than the entrance fee)
You'd need to call her and find out which tours shes doing

I see a new tunnel tour being advertised called Great Bridge Route. Any experience how this compares to the original tour that they call Great Stone Route?

Also, any feedback on Journey to Jerusalem and Chain of Generations Center by the same organization that runs the tunnel tours?

You can't register with rental company and they will charge you a lot for using the tolls, however once you have your car you can register it to your online account.

כביש 6 - https://service.kvish6.co.il/#/website/customer-area/registration?x=1&Button=Header or call at 039081111 Ext 4

כביש 6 חוצה ישראל - https://6cn.co.il/register or call at 039533929 Ext 2

Don't forget to remove your vehicle after returning it...
whats the difference between the 2?

6 at ein tut merges with 67 and is free until after yokneam. From yokneam northbound it's operated by 6 north ltd. From a driving perspective you don't notice a difference. It's a function of who bills you. It's dumb. Even israelis think it's dumb.

How is the luggage situation on the Jerusalem-TLV train?

Is it doable for 3 adults to travel with 2 babies under 2, 2 strollers, 4 checked in size suitcases and a few carry-ons?

You'll be able to squeeze it on most times, but avoid the Sunday rush hours and try to get on the train early.

+1
Anyone who has trouble walking down long hallways may have trouble in Jerusalem station. Make sure you use the elevators, too, because you certainly cannot go on the escalators like that!

Do the logistics and see if it works, one person per stroller, so they can't carry anything else? Or you have some backpacks? Are the suitcases 4 wheelers, you can put them side by side, one person can push 3 or even 4 of them. Etc
If this is too difficult you may wish you took a cab.

The last cab on the train (sometimes its the first) is officially accessible and has a lot more room for strollers and luggage.
