Any know of a jeeping place in the jerusalem area that would charge per person not per jeep? Also can anyone recommend a decently priced boat rental in the kinneret?

There are tons of boat rental places along the kineret, they are basically the same price. Something like 300 shekel (give or take 50 shekel) for 1/2 an hour.

they quote 4-500 for half hour- 40 minutes. everyone went down quickly on the quiet days. got last week for 250 for 40 minutes. though i'm sure chol hamoed or bein hazmanim will be full price
