I found it to be like a old age home cafeteria, but people do like it.

Go on a nice day, they have a very pretty garden outside.

They also have a jazz evening, and a different music morning. Perhaps Tuesday evening and Friday morning, but call in advance to confirm.

It's on Tuesday evenings.  I just didn't think there was much of a selection or that the food was too good.

I am leaving to Israel in 2 weeks with my wife and 2 year old, and due to extenuating circumstances I have not planned a single aspect of my trip yet. My first stop is this thread, but with 55 pages and much of it outdated, its very hard to really get anything done.

The only thing I have planned so far is one night at the Le Meriden Dead Sea. Luckily I do have family there (in Jerusalem) and can leave my child by them for that entire day and parts of other days, but a large portion of my trip will need to be kid friendly.

Both of us have not been there in 8+ years, so everything is "new" to us. Any help at all would be appreciated. If need be, I am willing to pay someone to plan my trip for me, including but not limited to accommodations, car, phone, activities, and food.
