Check out vaquiero. I know a while back they had all you can eat, and they may still have that. I've never been there, but IIRC, posters here think its not as good as papagaio.

they dont have all you can eat on the main but entrocote has like 8 diff dips and fresh hot japato(like pita) as much as you want and the food is really good walk out stuffed thanks to unlimited dips and bread but the mains are also great and pretty good pricing they just redid it so its really nice
