Heads up regarding Hadar Geula (not Ma'adanei Geula): last I checked, the one in Geula only sold pareve stuff (CMIIW). The one just off of Shmuel Hanavi on Rechov Givat Moshe is fleishig - and pretty good stuff, too.

If that's the place in Ramat Gan on Rechov Jabotinsky, I walked by there last week, and it was closed.

Greg, always delcious (besides once). Got the breakfast but also tasted everyone else's awesome food. Everyone loved it.

Luciana's I only had a ravioli, which was good and tasted homemade. Decor is still tops in Israel that I've been to. Minus because the fish my mom ordered smelled spoiled. They replaced it without a problem.

De Masa is a new place which has a nice ambience and decor, and is operated by Ne'eman bakery. Most of the food was unique and delicious, the fish was bad, and my wife's dish never came after an hour. The service was especially bad, the waiters must've never worked a restaurant before. It's a pretty new place and I expect the service to be much better in the future.

Went there one Motzei Shabbos. I'm not a big cheese guy and therefore didn't like my dish, the rest of the food we ordered was just fine. Service was very fast and always with a smile. Great all around place IMO.

My wife and I enjoyed Ricotta immensely when we went there a few weeks ago. I never got around to writing a report, though. :(

I agree that it's a really nice place. We were there for the Friday breakfast buffet a while ago, but even with the free drink that you get, the food is still not worth as much as in Rimon.

I doubt I would ever trust him at this point, even if he did get a good hechsher. And I believe I speak for quite a few people here.

so i met my wife today at riccota for lunch:

we got there and first of all its def has a great ambiance! its nice and clean. there were only 4 other tables being occupoed at the time, but the waiters/waitresses were very good!

my wife ordered the mushroom calzone (it was huge) and she said it was VERY good.
we got with her meal, mozzerella sticks in tomato sauce. which was very good too, and fresh.
i ordered the spagetti solsa rosa (they dont have penne) and it was pretty good. i am not a huge milchigs person, so i really dont know, but i compare it to agas (which is my fav) and it wasnt as good. my wife thought it was good.
the prices were def reasonable and i walked away paying 30$ for the lunch

all in all: i would def go back again!
