And now you have a perfect example of why the kashrus situation in the city of the Jews is so messed up. When (religious) people don't show that it matters to them and are willing to accept the word of the guy with the kippa (or less), why should they bother with the expense?

He may have Rubin - I don't know. But when he's looking to save some money, what do you think is going to go first if it's not affecting traffic? They'd put gristle in the burgers if noone would say boo...

there is a Rubin Teuda hanging on the wall. But how come it is dated from Sivan with the pacman name, if they just changed it to that?

the hock seems to be that pacman owned the store for yrs and was paying royalties to BB but then they got smart and said why pay extra for the name its all about our locale...

You're slightly mixed up. Gabriel is arguably the best restaurant in Jerusalem, Gabriela is it's dairy counterpart. IMHO not close to the best dairy.
