Bistro de Carmel in Carmel Winery has dropped their Mehadrin certification some time ago.

This was one of the finest Mehadrin restaurants in the holy land, in one of the most picturesque areas - Zichron Yaakov :( .

Yup.  Thought the sweet breads were very good.  The entrecote and veal/lamb duet were both good but thought entrecote was more worth the money.
