Looks like Cinema City is going to be opening soon (and the protests are continuing).
The attached mall looks quite nice, and the Greg's cafe is already open and is mehadrin.
There will also be a Japanica branch there, and I'd assume it'll be kosher as well.

FWIH, it's the old Bar Burger crew, moved to a new location. The boss is still trying to rent out his old location on the corner of Shmuel Hanavi and Yoel, as he still has time left on his lease there.

I guess the new place is a better location...

never heard of a place besides for a hotel that have such a thing I think the closest hotel to that area would be Jerusalem gate though I don't think you would be getting good food from there maybe try hotels in the Ramada area call them up and ask them

For sit down meals prima palace. or there is a simcha hall I think the name is sharei simcha, They serve full shabbos meals hechsher is eida. For take out go to Toiamayo they just moved to a new location in geaula (malchei yisroel)
