Went to lechem u basar. Was amazing. I got the fillet mignon. Med rare. Was so sorry and tasty. Wife got the siloin. Was OK. Also had a yatir 10 forest. Was delicious and amazing food!!

It was killed in order to be served to him.
That's very very sad.

Thank you for pointing it out.
I tend to have a very serious persona, but with the adar season upon us, I have decided to share in some levity with the DDF community.

Didn't want to make a new thread, but here is your weekly PSA::

Israel is moving to Daylight Saving Times this Thursday, March 27, 2014. At 2am, the local time becomes 3am.

Quote
In line with the new law, Israel moves to daylight savings time on 26 Adar II 5774, which corresponds to Thursday night to Friday morning March 27, 2014.

The law states that on the last Friday in March, at 02:00, we move clocks ahead one hour to 03:00.

DST will continue until 2 Cheshvan 5775 (October 26, 2014), as the law states DST continues until the last Sunday before Yom Kippur at 02:00.

From: http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/headlines-breaking-stories/223069/israel-moving-to-daylight-savings-time-this-week.html

Thank you for listening, future PSAs as soon as the come to attention.

I was just in Netanya. Mul Hayam is an incredible dairy restaurant right that hangs half over the cliff, with a beautiful view of the sea. Entrees are 50-60 shek, with the fish meals being a bit more. The French onion soup in a bread bowl was intensely delicious, as was the salmon ravioli. Everybody absolutely loved their food. It's right at the bottom of the promenade.

There are lots of great water sports on the beach right over there, including kayaking, jet skiing, tornado boating, and scuba diving. They give a 100 shek package to do several activities. We only did the kayaking since my wife is pregnant, but everyone else enjoyed all the other activities. There is horseback riding a five minute cab ride away that everyone else enjoyed. We got three rooms in a fairly cheap hotel (Margoa), which turned out to be very nice for the price. It has renovated rooms, great service, and it's right next to an elevator down to the beach.

Netanya is a great place to go for a cheap and relaxing getaway.

The water is slightly chilly but on a warm sunny day it's pretty much perfect IME.
