I was just in Netanya. Mul Hayam is an incredible dairy restaurant right that hangs half over the cliff, with a beautiful view of the sea. Entrees are 50-60 shek, with the fish meals being a bit more. The French onion soup in a bread bowl was intensely delicious, as was the salmon ravioli. Everybody absolutely loved their food. It's right at the bottom of the promenade.
IIRC that used to be called tulip

The water is warm enough for water sports?

It was cool and breezy and I was afraid to get in at first but the water was surprisingly warm. They provided wet suits, which keep you warm anyway, but my wife was perfectly fine without one.

IIRC that used to be called tulip

Yeah, someone recommended Tulip to us, and when we got there we found that it had changed to Mul Hayam, as well as hashgachos. I'm by no means an expert, but I think it's the best milchig place I've been to in Israel.

Haven't been to Deca I guess? Agas Vetapuch and Angelo's (now closed) had far better Pasta. But Tulip is definitely unique.

Deca's food is Amazing. Probably the highest level Dairy restaurant I've seen as far as complex flavors and elevating the dishes to a new level.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

Happy I finally found others who heard about it and can agree with me.

Service and presentation are top notch as well. It might be the best restaurant I've ever been to.

Guy I was with who eats out very frequently in Israel's top restaurants kept on telling me the prices must be in USD

I figured I would get more exposure here, than "On the Road".

We need a 9 seater for this summer.  Rental rates are crazy expensive.  I am looking for an individual that might want to rent out their 9 seater.  Approx dates are 21 July - 20 August.

Why do I have a hard time finding this halo taimon in Jerusalem, what is the exact spelling or address from this place? Does this place have seating too or takeout only? thanks.
