continental.com availability vs phone reps

Has anyone had experience with them having different availability?  I see some *A flights available online but they don't have them and they have flights that don't show online.

I want to book an open-jaw but it doesn't allow me to do it online.  The phone rep said she could do it, but the flights I want are not available to her.  Any advice?

Search supposedly for return trips online. Basically, search segment by segment. If not on CO, you can search via aeroplan too.

I did that and found availability on both UA and AC but when I call them to book it, they don't have those flights available?

Give me the flight details + number of passengers, either here or pm, and if I receive it within the next couple of hours, I'll check what really is the case. (Ive had cases where areoplan had more availability then others).

When I've tried to find UA direct flights on aeroplan.com, they don't show, but when I see that they're available on united.com, I call them and they are available.
