Check if all headers are linked, sometimes it helps if they are all linked - set the first header the way you want it, then link all the rest as one type of header. should work

Is there an option to center a line from top to bottom just like I can center from left to right ( Ctrl E )?

When you're in a table, go to the layout tab and in the alignment group you'll see that option.
(I'm not sure if it's possible outside of a table).

Tx, it worked,
Would anyone know if it's possible without a table?

If you mean to center it vertically on the page you can put it in a textbox. Other than that I don't think its possible w/o measuring it manually.

+1 You cannot center vertically without a table, text box, etc as stated above.  Word is not a design - oriented software.

I have a program that converts PDF to Word, but it all shows up in multiple text boxes. Does anyone know how to remove these all at once but keep the text inside? I tried a few macros that I found online but they either crashed Word or left me with a garbled document that was impossible to use.

Alternatively, does anyone know a better (free!) PDF to Word option? Currently using Nuance PDF Converter.

If I'm in Outlook mail 2007 and create a new message, it goes into a Word document for the creation. However, the top potion is grayed out so that I cannot put in a different font, like Hebrew. Anyone have any ideas about this?

It's probably on text. You need to change it to HTML.
