Chutzpah they're taking away a discount we didn't deserve in the first place ? Meanwhile IME I've gotten the texts a couple times since May and so far no change. I know the days coming.
If I knew it was going away I would not use my upgrade and just cancel. Risk.
If you just renewed your contract you have 30 (or is it 15) days to cancel...
What did they end up doing for you?I just had overage and they were very stubborn ... oh do I miss the old sprint days
Just keep trying. Might take a few more calls than it used to but it can be done.
