Try calling and seeing what they can do. What plan are you on? You can add minutes before billing period ends FYI. I think it's in $5 increments. I can't remember.

Your right about the discount. I was kidding. But there are many who had no idea they were getting a discount in the wrong fashion since the heimesh store just told them the price.

Just keep trying. Might take a few more calls than it used to but it can be done.

Account managers, they are incredible to deal with.

These days Sprint opened a whole division of "account managers" who are useless, and placed the real account managers from back in the day on harder to reach level, I guess if this number goes straight to the latter group it's pretty sweet.

When I spoke with them about a month ago they said it was account managers. Either way they were a breeze to deal with.
