Sure, though it may take a few phone calls and trying different departments. IME it also depends how many lines you have and how long you've been with them to begin with.

I constantly still get large statement credits for various reasons, year early upgrades for as low as $40 and other discounts.

I was on one of the free and clear plan for about 8 years. For the last 2 I've been on the 1500 everything plan. 4 lines.

I'm on the exact same plan as you with 4 lines and all smartphones and my bill comes out to ~$220 and that's after a monthly 20% off the main line.
No extra minutes, no overseas texts or calls.
Do you PUTPAC every month to get $ off or how do you do $150?

I have a 25% off and a $15 discount and 3 $10 discounts. They won't last forever though.

$220 still sounds a bit high. How much are your taxes ?

the 25% i have for years, i think its employee discount. not sure exactly, but i spoke to sprint directly about it and they said they arent taking it from me...

I got the 27% taken off when they decided to start asking for employee ID but got a rep to fix me a 20% for 24 months...

Just walked into a Sprint store and the manager tells me that he can no longer renew my contract with my Sero premium plan as it doesn't exist in his system. The other rep first tells me that you can still do it over the phone or you can change you plan in the store, renew your contract and change it back to the Sero premium afterwards on the phone. I am a little bit wary about trying his second method. Anybody recently renewed their contract with the Sero premium plan?
