The End of Sprint Corporate discounts?

I need advice: I called last week to upgrade (didn't know about the 27% employee discount I have on my account and didn't realize it could trigger them to ask to verify). I'm getting the phones today and they sent me a text asking me to verify that I qualify for the discount. Should I just use the phones and see what happens? Return and see what happens? I feel like I have some leverage now because if they want me to sign up another 2 years, they need to make it worth my while.

I'm a little afraid to call because once I tell them I can't verify the discount, will they immediately remove it? Or wait for the system to remove it?

What's your take on this?

I say call them. They are in a situation where you arent in contract, while once you accept the contract and you lose it you will have a lot harder time fighting it. if you got the text you will probably lose it anyways, now at least you have the upper hand

ime yes. Others mentioned they got the text randomly.

It's not random. I upgraded on Thursday, got the text the next day.

I told them I wasn't aware. And that they should let my contract end or change price so I can afford to pay what I can afford.  IME Their offer wasn't good enough until I filed a complaint with the BBB and a nice Sprint lady contacted me and took care of the matter.

I tried calling the retention department twice, got no where. They said they can't offer me any discounts. What kind of complaint did you file with BBB?

All I get is 10% off for having aaa. Any other deals. And I made them add it to my account without starting the 2 years over.

What verification do they ask for? My father is the acct owner and I get 25% through my employer. Will then acct name be an issue if they ask for verification?
