Dispute with BA

I purchased a ticket online with BA back in February when i was still a silver member- entitling me to two bags. When my silver status expired BA.com was still showing my allowance as two bags. So i printed the page.
Last week upon departure from TLV the station manager argued that as I was no more a silver it does not make a difference as to what it says online or my paper and charged me the extra bag fee!
Who is right?
