Yep. Just sucks to pay all the extra miles, and get stuck in Y.

No. If any part of the itinerary is in J, then AC charges the full RT J amount. And my luck had it, that the short haul flights were all only available in J.

@rileywiles23, you went way off topic here. As MB explained UA has no idea and they don't care what you paid for the tkt, all they see is that you are booked in X class. Don't even waste your time talking to agents.

And Dan, I think your next Plan B post should stat it in big bold letters. There is NO such a thing as Plan B with partners, period.

I'm sorry for all the confusion. I have 2 different reservations. One with UA, that was booked with a regular plan B, and another one booked with AC.
I was just asking if there is any chance with the AC booking also.
