Has anyone had success booking Plan B to Australia?

Looking to go SFO-MEL and what amount of points needs to be debited in the new dynamic system?

I don't think so, setting it up right involves a lot of HUCA, which you won't have time for. I'm not even sure if it can be done at all or needs some advance.

what I have been reading is that once you get to the airport, you end up on the bottom of the list..

Would plan B work on a oneway United ticket originating outside US (e.g. TLV-EWR)?
Afraid that airport agents will not be able to help outside of US if we don’t clear before the airport.

Yes, with HUCA.
Yes, but might be easier to start from scratch.

I recently booked a Saver mixed cabin ticket and called to request waitlisting for the second leg, transcon. after multiple HUCA and a supervisor telling me she " knows exactly what im asking and it wont be done, we dont do that anymore, if you have any problems call customer care, it wont happen." I tweeted @united and they took care of it, currently waitlisted. seated in economy XN and waitlisted for business (i)

If i am planning to book a flight from EWR-TLV and do the Plan B option am i better off booking the flights over the phone or i should book online and then call to change it up? Also any benefit to doing this out of a family members 1K account instead of a basic United account?

1K will waitlist to IN instead of I.

Am i better off booking 4 separate tickets or do all 4 under one reservation? I was reading that if they are all under the same reservation it is harder to get?

After multiple HUACA i got someone who is telling me they can book this for me but instead of deducting 75k they are going to deduct 93.5k any chance I can book it and then contact them to refund the difference to 75k?

They said since the lowest saver for United is like 250k points they are doing a one time favor to book this with the partner price.
