52,000 one way TLV-XXX-USA just make sure your country in your address on your M&M profile is "israel". Amex MR in this case doesnt help you. If you will have M&M you will get better availability on LX too.

Expect to pay $250-$290 in YQ & taxes on the return with M&M. However they are cheaper than anyone with the "Israel" address trick.

so 70K united is nonstop; how many miles is it with a stopover? And are the fees only when you have a stopover?

80k is with a stop in Europe. Fees are between $5.60-$90 or so

And keep in mind most stopovers don't have business from TLV to the stop besides Turkish and Swiss.
