Can you write out a check of your full credit limit to your friend??

& cards that offer 0% APR for whatever amount of months does the 0% go on the Cash Advance as well??

It's a significant factor (as much as 30% of your score or 150 points, though in reality it's less), especially when it's your only (or one of your only) cards.

This link seems to indicate an overall usage, not one card.  So If I have $60K available over 10 cards but max out $20k on one card, do they look at the big picture or just that card? 

Also, what's a tactic to max out but ensure that another teaser rate is available when the first expires?
