Rental House Problems

I rented a house and paid with PayPal and the house was a full of problems! How can get some of the money back bec of all the problems I had?

Try to negotiate with the renter and if he won't give you a credit for the problems then file a chargeback with your credit card.
Hope you used an AMEX!
