Israeli Citizen getting a Visa to enter australia

Looks like on their website to apply for an Australia Visa, only a select amount of countries are eligible to get one online. Israel is not one of them.

Is there any way to get one, without going down to the consulate in Tel Aviv?

Any advise would be appreciated.

im sure the travel agents can do it for you.

if not, the visa place (i forgot the name) inside the bell tower on king george is the place all the travel agents use, so you can do it yourself through them.
